Some surveyors love it, but many surveyors don’t do much, if any, communication with the client.   This CPD session will explain why good communication skills are an essential part of your business and can lead to considerable benefits – not least reducing the potential risk of a complaint.  Larger firms can be particularly challenging in facilitating communication between the surveyor and the client.
