With CPD talk: ‘National Lottery Heritage Fund (NLHF) Heritage Places: What’s new?’ by Nathan Blanchard, Heritage Regeneration Project Manager,  Anglesey County Council

Ynys Môn / Anglesey has been chosen by The National Lottery Heritage Fund as one of six new places to benefit from a multi-million-pound UK-wide investment aimed at unlocking the potential of the heritage on their doorstep. Nathan will share some of the highlights of many years working on heritage-led regeneration projects across Anglesey, from repair and adaptive reuse of Holyhead Market Hall through two phases of the Townscape Heritage Initiative, the latter supported through Levelling Up Fund and supporting the application for the Ynys Cybi Landscape Partnership. Crucially, he’ll share some lessons learned along the way, and how this is informing a wider heritage placemaking strategy for the area.
