In this Surveyor Training Day, we will typically cover topics such as:<\/p>\n

1. Consider whether a Level 2 or Level 3 survey is the best option for this house
\n2. Discuss what a surveyors ‘Duty of Care’ means in the context of traditional brick housing
\n3. Consider what is the difference between a ‘poor’ survey report and a ‘competent’ survey report
\n4. Consider what a ‘good’ survey report looks like
\n5. Learn about defects commonly found in traditional brick housing of this period
\n6. Learn about decision making and providing good advice to a client
\n7. Discuss when a further investigation is needed
