Its focus is on clarifying the roles of officers and board members, especially in the light of recent legislation encouraging greater public involvement.<\/p>\n<p>Previously entitled Supporting Public Engagement, the change of name is indicative of the fact that it has been extensively re-worked for 2013 to take full account of the pressures to measure impact and change.
