It will explore how these are being promoted, and will review the benefits offered by social media and other initiatives for knowledge transfer and developments.<\/p>\n<p>The Report of the Horizon 2020 Experts Group \u201cGetting cultural heritage to work for Europe\u201d; the emergence of the \u201cHistoric Environment Forum\u201d; significant changes in the official heritage bodies, \u201cHistoric England\u201d, the new \u2018English Heritage\u2019 charity; \u201cHistoric Environment Scotland\u201d; as well as the \u201cReview of the State of Conservation Education and Training in Ireland\u201d; and the Scottish \u201cEngine Shed Project\u201d, all signify a growing emergence of inter-related \u2018Capacity Building\u2019 initiatives.
