Our interactive session will help you learn the basics of project evaluation, including how to identify measurable outcomes, consider what is deliverable as part of your project, and think about lessons learned. We will look at tools to help you evaluate a project and how evaluation fits in the various stages of a project’s lifecycle, alongside how you can use evaluation to see ‘what has worked’ and where you might do things differently in future.
