Volunteers play a vital role in providing community services at both a local and national level. They do not exist in isolation though. Voluntary & Community Sector organisations provide the means through which people can come together to make a real difference. Participants at this Westminster Briefing will be briefed about the latest regulation affecting VCS organisations, examine what is being done to strengthen volunteering infrastructure, identify the best ways to attract volunteers and discuss different sources of funding and new opportunities.
