The Significance and Survival of the Richard & Dion Neutra Studio/Residences in Los Angeles

Dr. Neutra will describe academic and public education activities of Cal Poly Pomona College of Environmental Design which inherited the compound twenty years ago and the on going efforts to restore the compound. He will discuss the philosophical issues encountered during this restoration. Dr. Neutra recently retired as Chief of the Environmental and Occupational Disease Control at the California Department of Public Health.
