The course instructor is Donald McPhillimy, a self-employed forester and an acknowledged authority on all aspects of woodland conservation, management and maintenance. Donald, who is a widely published author, has contributed to many publications on subjects ranging from native, farm woodlands and sustainable rural development, through to enabling public access and the creation of multi-benefit mixed woodlands.
