October 2013, BRE hosted the official PART L 2013 launch event. The Department of Communities and Local Government (DCLG) presented details of changes to Part L of Building Regulations, England and Wales.
It followed an extensive industry consultation on the proposed changes launched earlier in the year at BRE by Andrew Stunell, the then Minister for Building Regulations.
