This seminar is scheduled to follow the Welsh Government’s recent announcement of the 11 local authorities that will receive a share of £100 million funding from 2014-2017 for major regeneration projects, as part of their regeneration framework, Vibrant and Viable Places.
Sessions will focus on the Welsh Government-designated priority areas of town centres, coastal settlements and Communities First clusters, and well as the impact of the new Enterprise Zones in driving regeneration investment and delivery.
