The event will feature presentations, case studies, Q&A sessions, group discussions and networking opportunities for community groups and not-for-profit organisations whose focus is on entertainment venues in need of regeneration, including theatres, music halls, cinemas and piers, as well as core topics relevant to all heritage-led regeneration projects.
The workshop will cover the following topics:
• Exploring the full range of potential uses for your building/site and developing creative use options for it
• Understanding and addressing conservation and architectural design issues related to your project
• Maximising opportunities for earned income and working with private sector partners
• Integrating loans and/or social investment into your project’s funding package.
