RSA Fellows and their guests, along with undergraduate students of architecture, are welcome to register to attend this joint event with the Consulate General of the Republic of Poland.

Stanisław Deńko will deliver an illustrated presentation to engender debate and a Q&A session. His main thesis is in connection with the idea that architecture plays a role of a specific “language”, which is by its form transmitting a message. He also states that architecture as a work of art represents its basic meaningful features as: utility, durability and beauty. His presentation will include details of buildings specific to his colleagues and himself: Auditorium Maximum of the Jagiellonian University, the Alma Tower (an office building) and Tadeusz Kantor- Cricoteka Museum. Stanisław Deńko is, amongst other memberships, a member of the Association of Polish Architects and the Chamber of Architects of the Republic of Poland. more…
