This intensive, CPD-accredited workshop explores the creation of traditional wood graining effects, equipping you with the skills to mimic various wood types using decorative painting techniques. The morning session focuses on the applications and surface preparation, while the afternoon is spent creating a sample piece featuring three different woodgrain effects. Perfect for those with a basic grasp of painting and decorating tools, this course is open to homeowners, DIYers, professionals, and craftspeople alike. Like the faux marbling workshop, all materials are provided, and class sizes are kept small for meaningful engagement with the tutor. The course can be combined with the Faux Marbling workshop for a comprehensive two-day learning experience.
