RICS is proud to announce the launch of the Neighbourhood Planning Independent Examiners Referral Service (NPIERS) at this symposium on localism and neighbourhood planning.

NPIERS is a key source for neighbourhood plan examiners.

This event will be Chaired by RICS ADR Products Group Director Dr John Fletcher. John is responsible for global development of dispute resolution in the construction, planning, built environment and related sectors.

There is normally a fee, but RICS is allowing 20 limited free spaces to be made available to people interested or involved in neighbourhood planning.
