This one-day event will explore how heritage, culture, and placemaking can play a transformative role in the regeneration of historic townscapes in Wales. As towns across the country face social, economic, and environmental challenges, there is growing recognition that their unique historic character and cultural assets can be central to sustainable renewal.
Hosted in the historic surroundings of St Peter’s Civic Hall in Carmarthen, this event brings together local authorities, building preservation trusts, and community stakeholders to explore bold, practical, and collaborative approaches to revitalising heritage assets.
